Thanks for all the participation in the rendezvous this year. It was awesome! We want to
step it up one more time for our rendezvous on the island. We are hoping to serve up 160-
170 dinners for that weekend. Please come out and join us. God bless you and God bless

First Mates – Sandy Stroh, President
Sandy reminded everyone about the dinner on Sunday. We will have music and drinks on
the patio in the afternoon on Sunday. The first mates are having a raffle for an iPad. The
tickets are $10 and there will only be 100 tickets sold. Don’t forget to check out the
Boatique, there is still lots of nice stuff left. Good luck to all of the candidates. Commodore
Don Vanover thanked the First Mates for all of their hard work and donations to the club.
Ancient Mariners - Archie Archibald, President
Archie thanked Diane French for collecting the donations for the horse races, and everyone
else who donated to this event. On behalf of the Ancinet Mariners, Archie gave a check
from the proceeds of the horse races to NCYC in the amount of $10,000. This amount will
go directly to pay down the debt.

Moved by PC Rick Romatz that we send a fan out of the meeting minutes to the
membership by email so that we can waive the reading of the minutes at future
