DSI SYSTEMS
Customers are responsible for inspection at delivery.Damages or shortagesmust be notedondelivery receipt
and acknowledgedby thedriver or thedamagedproductmust be refused at delivery.
IFDAMAGE ISNOTEDONDELIVERYRECEIPT
Please contact DSI within 5days of delivery for further instructions.DSI can arrange for pickupof
damagedproduct and freight claimprocess at no cost todealer.
IFDAMAGE ISNOTNOTEDONDELIVERYRECEIPT
DSI must be notifiedwithin 10days of thedelivery. Beyond10days the customer has full responsibility
for any unnoteddamage.Customer is responsible for freight cost for returns toDSI. Productmust be
returnedwithin 15days of DSI invoice.
NEW UNOPENED RETURNS & REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Newunopened returns and refused shipments will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
Openedgoodswill not
be accepted for return.
QUALIFIED RETURNS
All products returned toDSI must have a ReturnMerchandiseAuthorization (RMA) tobe eligible for replacement
or credit. Please contact DSI Customer Servicedepartment toobtain an RMA.
Items that are received at DSI that have not been issued an RMAor that do not qualify for a returnwill be held
awaiting instructions fromthe customer for disposition and thendisposedof after 90days.

Products are leased to the consumer and adherence to returns policy is critical todealer commissions and
consumer’s account status.
RECEIVERS
DIRECTV receivers within
90days fromthe consumer’s initial activationdate
qualify for return.Dealer
should leave consumer’s original access cardwith consumer’s newunit andhaveDIRECTV link card to
newunit.Genie clients do not include an access card.Defective units returned toDSI shouldhave a
clean (never activated) card toqualify for credit.Missing components not returnedwill be subject to
