At the ARC Print Factory in Philadelphia, PA, with drawings divided out

The ASR submittal was no small feat, which was a tremendous effort
by all at BL. Thank you to all involved in the project!
Two UPS trucks filled with ASR 102 documents. One of the UPS drivers
wanted to throw Kevin Hixson in the truck along with the packages
when he asked if the driver could open the door to the other truck so
the picture could be taken.
