Conference
Several members of the ESOP
Communications Committee as well
as some of BL’s senior leaders recently
attended the ESOP Assocation
Conference in Washington, DC. The
theme of this conference was “
I Love
My ESOP
!” and we certainly came
away from the conference feeling
just that - a lot of love for our ESOP.
We wanted to share some of our
experiences and takeaways so our
Employee Owners can feel like they
were there, and feel the love too!
