The Global Health Fellows Program II is implemented for USAID by the Public Health Institute and its partners
Global Health Corps, GlobeMed, Management Systems International, and PYXERA Global.
Building the next generation of diverse global health professionals is an important investment that serves a
higher public purpose for the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Global Health Bureau (USAID/
GH). Through the Global Health Fellows Program (GHFP) II, USAID is strengthening the GH workforce by
engaging adaptable and resilient individuals with unique skills, experiences and backgrounds, in order to
meet the challenges that arise in global health. GHFP-II offers multiple entry points into the field through
its fellowships, internships, and partner opportunities.
