Easy brunch recipe!

Alla’s fancy French toast

Preheat oven to 160C. Dip thick slices of brioche

in a mix of 150ml milk and one egg. In a hot pan,

melt some butter with a splash of oil. Cook the

brioche slices until nicely coloured on both sides.

Transfer to a baking sheet and top with goat’s

cheese or curd. Heat in oven for 2-3 minutes,

then top with herb salad, quince paste and
