continues to develop its business

UK-based Artel Rubber Holdings Ltd,

a manufacturer of tubing, hose and

Construction of the new 18,000ft

completion expected before Christmas.

It will be almost twice the size of the

existing factory.

new facility.

Simon Lavin, executive director,

explained, “Artel Rubber Holdings

Ltd is committed to developing its

business. We are the best in the market

and demand for our products has

last three years. This new facility will

help to secure our future, enabling us

to cater for production of increased

orders. Investment in state-of-the-art

machinery will improve efficiency and

safety as well as develop new products

to meet our customers’ ever growing

requirements. The new factory will offer

stability and new career opportunities

for our existing workforce as well as

create new jobs.”

In business since 1990, Artel Rubber

Company manufactures and fabricates

silicone and rubber tubing and hose.

The company offers a broad range of

tubing, hose and fittings and, with the

introduction of automotive performance

tubing, hose and fitting products, is well

suited to meet the demands of various

applications.

All change at Maxiflo with a

number of changes to its UK

business

German high-pressure component

manufacturer Maximator GmbH

has made a number of changes to

its UK business as new management

introduces a change of brand name and

location, and an extension of products

and services.

Jon Butler, former managing director of

Cinpres, has taken over running the UK

arm of Maximator from Henry Mason,

who has retired after 13 years. Since

joining the business Mr Butler, who

has more than 30 years’ experience in

the high-pressure air and gas industry,

has moved the company’s UK factory

site from South Shields to Middlewich,

Cheshire. He has also changed the

brand name from Maxiflo Technologies

to Maximator UK.

Mr Butler commented, “The UK is a

very important market for our parent

company Maximator GmbH and I am

determined to use Henry’s legacy as a

springboard for Maximator UK.

“We will continue to provide exceptional

customer service and quality, and in

coming months will be investing in more

products and maintenance services

which will strengthen our market

position, and benefit our increasing

customer base across the chemical,

gas, oil and mechanical engineering

industries.”

Originally founded in 2002 to be a

distributor for Maximator and other

products, Maxiflo Technologies Ltd

was run for 13 years from South

Shields by Henry Mason. Now

renamed Maximator UK, the company

is focused on supplying the full line

of Maximator products and services

including systems for high-pressure

gas and liquids, servicing and repairs,

all supported from the factory in

Middlewich.
