I wine-glass of brandy.

Fill the tumbler with shaved ice, shake well, and or

nament with the fruits of the season; sip the nectar

through a straw.

21. Roman Punch.

(Use large bar glass.)

I table-spoonful of sugar.

I tea-spoonful of Curacoa.

The juice of halfia lemon.

Fill with shaved ice, shake well, dash with port wme-

and ornament with fruits in season. Imbibe through a

straw.

22. Milk Punch.

(Use a large bar glass.)

1 table-spoonful of fine white sugar.
