Half-Yearly General Meeting.
REPORT OF PROCEEDINGS.
THE Half-Yearly General Meeting of the
members of the Society was held on Thursday,
26th November, in the Hall of the Society,
Solicitors' Buildings, Four Courts, Dublin,
Mr. George H. Lyster (the President of the
Society) in the chair. The following members

The Secretary (Mr. W. G. Wakely) read the
notice convening the meeting, also the minutes
of the half-yearly general meeting of the isth
May last, which latter were confirmed and
signed.
The President signed the audited accounts
of the Society for the year ending the joth
April, 1908.
The Secretary
read
the
report of
the
scrutineers of the ballot for election of Council
for, year ending the 26th November, 1909,
which stated that
the following had been
returned unopposed as Provincial Delegates :—
