The problems should give you some idea of how well you are understanding the concepts as we
go along.
• I will assign students for each case on the syllabus to brief the case. By the class BEFORE we
discuss your case, please send me your briefed case:
o Facts (including the procedural facts if they are relevant), o Issues, o Holding, and o Rationale.
• Your brief counts for 4% of your final grade in the class. You will receive a model brief and a
grade. • Final Exam is 70%
