A recognized leader, Mr. Rubadue is periodically quoted via media on
Health Care Reform and other issues. He has been an invited speaker
and lecturer at many functions, most recently at the Captive 101
Seminar, Tri-State Actuarial Club and the Insurance, Accounting and
Systems Association (IASA) National meeting in Dallas, TX. He has
performed expertise work (retiree medical), special morbidity studies
(AIDS/Asbestos Related Diseases), and many unique forecasting
projects that utilize his actuarial experience and education.
Dave has more than 27 years of experience. Prior to joining the
organization, Dave was Co-founder and President of EBS, Inc. a benefits
and actuarial firm acquired by CBIZ, Inc. in 1999.
