beading, weldless assemblies, heavy
and thin wall, mating components, slip
fits, and reinforced tubes inside of tubes.

secondary operations such as splining,

A pioneer in high frequency
machines
Hisen Enterprises Co Ltd, founded in 1967,
has been one of the foremost pioneers in
transistor generators for pipe welding and
high frequency heat treatment machines. Its
products are mainly exported to Thailand,
Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia,
Vietnam, mainland China, Saudi Arabia,
India, Pakistan, the UAE, Kuwait and North
Africa.
A new transistor generator, developed
using the company’s latest technologies,
utilises new-type transistor devices, and
has reduced the size of the conventional
transistor generator. It also provides
enhanced flexibility to meet the diverse
applications of the tube welding and heat
treatment industries.
The new generator has a frequency range
of 500Hz to 440kHz at an output range of
2kW to 1,000kW, power factor of 0.95, and
power conversion of efficiency 90 per cent.
Because transistors are used instead of
vacuum tubes, the level of input power can
be reduced by over 22 per cent, and cooling
water can be saved by up to 50 per cent.
The comprehensive solid-state and low-
voltage design helps to make a compact
design that reduces the required installation
space. A reduction to one-third of the space
required by other conventional vacuum tube
oscillator models has been achieved.
Transistors, printed circuit boards and other
components have all been strategically
placed for easy maintenance. An optional
water cooling circulation system can help
address concerns with water temperature
levels and deal with them proactively. Full
protection is provided against coil touch,
abnormal water flow, abnormal water inlet/
outlet temperature, low/high frequency, over
voltage and over current.
In addition to Hisen’s top-of-the-line
transistor generator, the company also pro-
vides high frequency pipe welding machines
and high frequency induction heaters
(transistor generator and vacuum tube).
