To the trustees for the time being of the Solicitors Benevolent Association, c/o The

Law Society, Blackhall Place, Dublin 7 for the charitable purposes of the Association

in Ireland and I direct that the receipt of the Secretary for the time being of the

Association shall be sufficient discharge for my executors.
