‘leukaemic’ lymphomas

Small lymphocytic lymphoma/chronic lymphocytic
leukaemia
•
Mantle cell lymphoma
•
Splenic marginal zone lymphoma
•
T-prolymphocytic leukaemia
•
T- and NK-cell large granular lymphocytic leukaemia
•
Aggressive lymphomas much less likely to circulate
except ‘precursor’ types (B- and T-cell acute
lymphoblastic leukaemias, and rare variants)
•
If they are in the circulation, they are in the bone marrow
