Patients and methods:

Retrospective analysis of 469 pts with DLBCL treated
between 2001-2007
•
60% stage III or IV
•
Overall 30% received consolidative RT after reaching CR
on chemo (dose, 30 to 39.6 Gy); only 39/279 (14%)
patients with st III/IV received RT
•
Median follow-up was 36 months (range, 8 to 85 months).
