Among 291 pts treated with R-CHOP and achieved CR, RT
associated with significantly higher 5y OS and PFS (all stages)
•
RT associated with significantly improved PFS (HR, 0.19) and
OS (HR, 0.32)
•
Failure occurred outside of the radiation fields in patients which
originally received consolidative RT
