The Secretary read the notice convening

the meeting, also the minutes of the Half-

yearly Meeting, held on 16th May last, which

latter were signed by the President, who

also signed the audited accounts for the year

ending 30th April, 1923.

The Secretary read

the report of

the

scrutineers of the ballot for Council for the

year, which stated that the following had

been returned as provincial delegates:-—
