The Courts of Justice Act, 1924.
This Act received the Ro}'ral assent on
12th April.
Section 2 of the Act provides :
" This Act shall come into operation on
such day or days as may; be fixed therefor
by any Order or Orders of the Executive
Council, and different days may be fixed for
the commencement of the Act for different
purposes provided that no such day be
later than five months after the passing of
this Act."
