whether in the High Courts or County

Courts, pursuant to the provisions of

Section

5

of

the Local Government

(Ireland) Act, 1898, and the Criminal

Injuries (Ireland) Acts of 1919 and 1920,

shall lodge notices of such decrees with

the Secretary of the County Council in

which the damage occurred, before the

1st day of April next ensuing.

All persons who have lodged claims for

damages, pursuant to the provisions of

the said Acts, on which claims judgment

has not yet been delivered, shall file such

claims with the Secretary of the County

Council in which the damage occurred,

before the 1st day of April next ensuing.

All persons who have suffered damages

in respect of which claims may be made,

pursuant to the provisions of the said

Acts, but who have not -yet lodged any

claims, shall lodge notice of such claims

with the Secretary of the County Council

in which the damage occurred, before the

1st day of April next ensuing.

PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION.

At the Preliminary Examination, held on

9th and 10th January, the following passed

the Examination, and

commence on Wednesday, 7th June, and

terminate on Monday, 31st July.
