When You Are Hired
Enrolling in the PR&C Benefits Program is a
simple
process.
1.
Review
your enrollment material.
2.
Complete
the Benefits Enrollment Form if
you are enrolling in the Framework Health
Insurance plan.
3.
Return
the completed form to HR Benefits
Department.
Fast Facts
Full-Time Team Members
—after you have completed your
90-day waiting period, you will receive a letter inviting you to
a one-on-one meeting with a Benefit Specialist.
• You can only make changes to your PR&C benefit elections
during Open Enrollment, unless you have a qualifying event,
see page 3 for details.
• You may join the 401(k) Savings Plan the first of the month
following 90 days of employment. You will be eligible for the
employer match after one year of service, see page 14 for details.
