PERFORMANCE MEASURES
The following table identifies the key performance measures that will assist the Sewer
Utility in tracking its progress and monitoring its contribution to building a sustainable
Surrey.
Achieve Substantial Completion of
Bridgeview Vacuum Sewer Replacement
by July 1, 2017 which will allow the
decommissioning of our existing
system;
Develop a strategy to revise our design
criteria requirements in response to
changing rainfall patterns;
Achieve Substantial Completion of the
Fergus Pump Station by March 1, 2017
which will allow development to
proceed in the southern portion of the
Sunnyside Heights NCP area and the
Highway 99 LAP area; and
Develop a strategy to replace asbestos
cement pipes in areas not planned for
redevelopment.
