Driveways, Walkways and Rear Patios
The driveway materials shall be unified with walkways and streets by respecting the material color and texture in its
entirety. Driveways shall be constructed in such a manner so that the flare of the driveway at the adjoining street curb,
gutter or pavement does not extend beyond straight-line projection of the side property line of the lot served by the
driveway. In no event shall the driveway surface be less than five (5) feet from the side lot line. Please refer to the later
section on Sidewalks for additional information.
Materials permitted:

Concrete paver bricks, with restrictions
•
Set stone or old brick, with restrictions
•
Any other desired material must be presented to the ARC by actual sample for review.
