Setbacks
Structures
No structure shall be erected or constructed on any lot within the following minimum building setback areas:

NOTE: All setbacks shall be consistent with the Development Order for the Canopy Creek Community.
Variances to these setbacks may only be granted in cases of hardship and where the overall design yields a superior
result. The purpose of these setbacks is to define the limits beyond which no portion of a structure may extend. It is not
recommended that structures be designed up to the setback lines on all sides. Such a condition may not be approved
due to field errors. Relationships to other structures or natural or other site elements may be considered in evaluating a
project’s setback relationships.
