Civium Strata People take a dedicated and experienced team approach to our strata
management team structure. Behind the Strata Managers we have a support team who
undertake administrative, compliance, repairs and maintenance, financing and accounting
services.
This team compliments the Strata Managers and allows them to manage and provide advice and
direction to you as the developer during the developer control period and ultimately to the
Owners Corporation and the Executive Committee post the first annual general meeting.
We also have our General Manager and Division Managers at the disposal of our team members
and our entire team is supported by industry leading technology solutions to provide seamless
and efficient services.
