o ce outside
of Rutherford
County.
Development
on Princeton
Hills, 160
luxury estate
homes, would
begin the
following year.
Bob Parks Realty
acquired Sharon
Langford &
Associates which
moved the
company into
Davidson County,
creating the
Green Hills o ce
and growing the
company to over
300 agents.

Bob Parks Realty started from one man’s passion
about real estate, relationships and supporting
the community he serves. Fast forward to 2015
and that vision has helped thousands of people

children and families in the Middle Tennessee
