secutive year (nine total times since the facility opened in 2004)

ter attendance and enhance member experience

Evaluate opportunities to enhance the CRC’s collaborative operating model

Develop a strategic plan for membership at the CRC and Aquatics Center

Retain CRC membership base to maintain a monthly average of 4,600 membership units and to conclude the year

with 4,860 units (15,500 members)

Implement and manage a new inflatable aquatic obstacle course to increase Aquatics Center attendance and en-

hance member experience
