Building Maintenance – El Toro Youth Center [740-5167]
ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
The City is responsible for general maintenance of the El Toro Youth Center located at 17620 Crest Avenue. The build-
ing is owned by the City and operated by the Boys and Girls Club of Silicon Valley.
FINANCIAL COMMENTS
The Building Maintenance Fund is an Internal Service Fund that recovers the cost of maintaining City facilities by charg-
ing the departments that use those facilities. An additional fee is charged for the scheduled future replacement of
major building equipment, such as mechanical systems.
