design.When all senses are stimulated, visitors are
immersed in another world and come out of it with
a different mindset. “Light allows us to direct the
visitors’ eyes in the right direction, create a ‘total
experience’ (Visions), or focus attention on the con-
tent (Forum and Fondations). The
nest
experience
gave us the opportunity to create five completely
different zones in which all of these facets were
expressed,” Bär concludes.
Tinker imagineers, established by Erik Bär and
Stan Boshouwers, is an experience design bureau
that will celebrate its 25
th
anniversary in 2016. A
team of 40 consultants, designers, producers,
content and multimedia developers realises musea,
visitors centres and experiences for business and
community organisations and has a broad national
and international portfolio.
