Art.. 8*

A ll prisoners, who have been taken on

both sides,v shall be delivered up, and the

Officers, who have been taken prisoners and

are on their parole, shall likewise be eX~

empted from its obligations..

Art. g..

A ll english property, having been se?-

questred in consequence of hostilities, shall

be returned to its possessors.

This Capitulation shall be fatified b y

the respective Commanders in chief, and

the Ratifications exchanged before twelve

o'clock at this day.
