and

bleeding
from
the
neck
and
using
the

disease
commences

small,
hard
knots,
which
soon
become
soft
and
ulcerous,
generally
situated
on
the
veins
and
extending
upwards.
It
is
a
contagious
disorder,
and
not
unfrequently
ends
in
the
glanders.
