Phil Forhan wants to rescind his request to quit and come back as non-boating.
Terry Schmike has requested clarification on last year’s request. He had proposed to use dues sent in
for 2015 for 2016 with his 2015 leave of absence request.
Ron Brown update: He did not intend to quit and he has sent a letter to request reinstatement. Check
is in the mail for money owed. Motion made to rescind Mr. Brown’s expulsion per receipt of all money
owed. Board voted to reinstate.
Jay Gronbach proposed to work 20 hours on his work weekend instead of work party time due to
California residency. His alternative is to resign in good standing. Motion was made to accept the
proposal to work 20 hours on his work weekend. Board approved the proposal.
Jacob Anger birthday is 10/23/88. He is no longer eligible as a Junior Member and must become a non-
boating member. An email was sent with no response. A notice will be sent to with the choices allowed
for in the by-lays. Become a Boating, or non-boating member and pay the appropriate dues, or take a
leave of absence and pay the $50.00 fee or resign in good standing.
All above Motions to accept, motion seconded and agreed to.

Database update
Junior hours and birthdates have been added. A survey was sent to get data.
Data has been added for exemption of work hours.
Discussion on leave of absence. Is the $50 fee mandatory or optional? Review of Rules – board decided
was mandatory.
