February, 2016 my dream of seeing Pilot Knob in my
backyard was realized when we purchased our "retirement
home". With the help of Jennifer Sammons, agent for
Rogers Rogers we closed in two weeks. We immediately
prepared our small farm for listing. Deidre Rogers found
the perfect family for our home of 28 years and we signed
a contract in less than two weeks. This summer I was faced
with selling my parents home of thirty years. Who else
would I turn to other than Rogers? The house was listed at
9:00 AM and at 9:00 PM I received a signed contract from
the buyers. We closed in 3 weeks! In 18 months I have dealt
with Rogers Realty on three homes. I would not think of
