Advocating On Dealers’ Behalf
GNYADA works to protect and promote franchised auto
dealerships’ interests before local, state, and federal
legislators. The Association monitors hundreds of bills
each year, conducts dozens of meetings with state and
local legislators, and promotes issues that affect the
automotive retail industry, including matters such as
auto insurance, tax, recalls, advertising regulations and
brokers issues.
Keeping Dealers In Compliance
New car dealers are responsible for more than simply facilitating vehicle transactions for the public; they’re also
required to comply with numerous federal, local and state regulations on a daily basis. To assist dealers with
this ongoing challenge, GNYADA provides its members with comprehensive educational programs and practical
reference guides covering key state, local and federal regulatory issues.
