(Varis and ExacTrac: labeled “ready for approval”) for
QA purposes

CTV was rejected and adjusted at morning staff
•
This resulted in a change of isocentre co-ordinates
•
Final plan was transferred to Varis R&V (labeled
“approved by staff dd/mm/yy) … but not to ExacTrac
•
RTT discovered discrepancy in isocentre co-ordinates
while dubble checking print out of treatment chart.
