Shake well.

Shake well.

1 teaspoon Sugar.

Shake well and Strain into

Southern Comfort Fizz
Juice of I/2 Lemon.
2 oz. Southern Comfort.
Sugar optional.
Shake and Strain into long

Fill with Syphop Soda.

Same as Gin Fizz.
Use Orange Juice instead of
Lemon.
Bucks Fizz
I /4 glass Orange Juice.
Fill up with Cold Champagne
Use long glass.
Add I cube Ice.
Brandy Fizz
Juice of I Lemon.
1 teaspoon Sugar.
14 oz. Brandy.
Shake and Strain.
Serve in Highball Glass with
1 cube of Ice.
Fill mth Syphon Soda.
Gin Fizz
Same as Brandy.
Except use Gin.
Silver Fizz
Same as Brandy.
