Tampa Open House - February 1, 2017
The Tampa team hosted friends, clients and business partners on Wednesday,
February 1 to officially unveil their new office space. With more than 50 Legacy DTZ
employees moving into the Legacy Cushman & Wakefield space, Tampa had the most
robust office combination, with consolidation on the 33rd floor and an expansion for
more employee space on the 34th floor.
The office hosted close to 200 guests and featured delicious food, drinks and a photo
booth where colleagues and guests alike could take home Cushman & Wakefield-
branded photo strips as a keepsake of the event.
