historic Ford Plant in Richmond, CA. The new facility includes a 65,000 SF
manufacturing plant, 180,000 SF office headquarters, and a 30,000 SF R&D
facility. Key components of the project include R&D tool installations,
manufacturing rack and assembly, and a roof PV plant. Provided project
management services during lease and work letter scope definition negotiations
with developer’s design build team
