A dervish monk dancing
For the Shakti,
Slow even whirls
Glimmering with happy gold
And honey,
A developing spiral
Of white light
That transmutes
All that is dark
Into new layers of
Offering…

You are the Great Knight,
The Brother charged with Her Knowledge
Of the knots of darkness –
You amble in welcome,
Splendid yet unassuming,
Radiant yet discreet,
And each of your steps
Is a delivery
Of an ancient lore
That bears in its
Secret womb
The prescience
Of the Lord’s Day
Upon earth –
That is also why
Your appearance is always
Auspicious,
You who bridge
With your forbearance
