according to factory standard, 30°,
TiAlN-S-coated,
with centre cut.
Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than
with non-coated tools. Dry machining
possible.
Application:
Can be used for copy
milling. The neck chip channel
makes optimum tool range
possible and thus makes it
suitable for mould-making
applications. The tool life increases with
minimal amount lubrication or air cooling.
The tool can either be used with a pivoted or
straight spindle.
Suitable for HSC machining up
to 70 HRC
.
