Signum-coated,
with tapered neck – see

Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with
non-coated tools. Dry machining possible.
These tools should only be used in
shrink or hydro-.expansion chucks.
Application:
Can be used for copy
milling, traverse and
slot cutting. The tool life
increases with MQL or air
cooling. The tool can either
be used with a pivoted or
straight spindle. Recommended for
HSC machining
up to 56 HRC
.

Copy milling, cutting values preferred at
ap = 0.1 x d
