Frozen suspensions were thawed and streaked to sheep blood agar. Single isolated colonies were

picked and sub-cultured in 10 mL Demi Fraser broth with FAC overnight at 37 ± 1°C. The cultures were diluted with fresh Demi Fraser broth with FAC

before testing using the 3M MDA2LIS kit.
