Residual Calculation Restrictions
•
Maximum Residualized MSRP (MRM)
– GMF’s customized MRM (maximum al-
lowable MSRP) must be used when the vehicle’s MSRP exceeds GMF’s MRM. Dealer
is required to use the lesser of the MSRP or MRM for residual calculation.
•
Gas Guzzler Tax
– Must be deducted from MSRP prior to residual calculation.
•
Discount Packages
– May not be added back to MSRP for residual calculation.

Dealer Installed Options List (hard adds)
– All hard adds included in the MSRP must be
supported by dealer invoices and/or repair orders. Dealer installed options are limited to GM
Accessories only. If an eligible GM Accessories item(s) is installed on a leased vehicle, the as-
sociated dollar amount shown below may be added to the MSRP for residual calculation.
