Funding Requirements
• Copy of valid driver’s license
• A minimum of two verifiable references is preferred. Three veri-
fiable references required for Tiers 3, 4 and 5

Persons with the same phone number as the applicant, or an-
other reference, are not acceptable as references

All references should include, at a minimum, full name and
phone number and relationship to the applicant
• Agreement to provide insurance form
• Employment subject to verification as needed (DOH-FT/PT-POSITION)
• Income subject to verification as needed. Required on Tiers 3, 4 and 5
• Customer interview as needed. Required on Tiers 3, 4 and 5
• A Power of Attorney is only acceptable if an applicant is in the military and sta-
tioned overseas, and only if the Power of Attorney authorizes a lease of a ve-
hicle or personal property. We will not accept any other POA that authorizes anyone
to sign or enter into a lease agreement on behalf of another person.

Amount Due from Lessee at Signing
(amounts due may not be paid for with credit card)
• Acquisition fee (may be waived by increasing the buy rate
money factor by fifty five (55) factor points)
• Customer down payment (where required by credit worthiness and / or advance restrictions)
• Security deposit (for Tier 5 only)
• 1st payment
Payment Due Date
• Payment start dates are based on the original date of the lease agreement and will be due
on the same date each month. For agreements originated on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of
each month, the payment due date must be listed as the 1st day of the following month.
