Ice.

KNICKERBOCKER

Use small bar glass

One wineglass Santa Cruz

rum.

One-half teaspoonful of cu-

ragao.

One-half a lime, or lemon;

squeeze out the juice, and

put the rind and juice in

the glass.

Two teaspoonfujs of rasp

berry syrup.

Cool with shaved ice; shake up well, and ornament with

berries in season. If this is not sweet enough, put in a little

more raspberry syrup.

in vogue with English sportsmen, after their return from

a day's shooting, and is concocted thus:
