tions of the ingredients as given above. Four bottles of wine
make a gallon, and a gallon is generally sufficient for fifteen

SHERRY PUNCH
Use large bar glass
Two wineglasses of sherry. Two or three slices of orange.
One tablespoonful of sugar. Two or three slices oflemon.
Fill tumbler with shaved ice,shake well,and ornament with
berries in season. Sip through a straw.

One and one-half tablespoons One slice of lemon.
