Description:
I am the superintendent of Tri-Rivers Career Center in Marion, Ohio. Marion is approximately 45
minutes from the greater Columbus, Ohio area. We serve an area which has been impacted by factory
closings. The feeder schools for the career center are Marion City Schools (which sends us half of our
student body) and the Marion County Schools of River Valley Local, Ridgedale Local, Pleasant Local,
and Elgin Local as well as part of Morrow County, which make up the other half of the center.
