Overlapping volumes requires:
Very clear objective setting
Good communication between clinician & planner
Dialogue (i.e. 2 way communication) is recommended !
Use of optimiser to deliver different doses to different parts
of the target
May make assessment of plan using DVH for the PTV more
difficult
