VIOLI Srl has developed a range of

drawing machines for the processing

of metal profiles that includes

equipment for tubes, bars or wires

made of ferrous or non-ferrous

metals.

Top of the products is the TRI series,

a full range of hydraulic equipment

for the drawing of tubes or rods with

circular cross section, or complex

profile.

Technologically advanced thanks to

the

use

of

prime

selected

components and innovative design

solutions, the TRI draw benches are

fully PLC controlled for both working

phases and safety protection.

The speed of the traction is

adjustable and the use of the bench

is extremely simple by using a

joystick placed on the control panel

which allows the operator to easily

manage all the steps of the process.

Violi also offers a line of chain draw

benches, the TR series, designed for

the processing of bars and tubes

with a maximum diameter of 12mm.

The anchor pliers, with adjustable

jaws, is provided with a locking

system manually managed by the

operator; the return of the draw lift is

electrically controlled. The working

speed can be fixed to one or two

levels, or adjusted by inverter.

The range of products is completed

by a number of subsidiary equipment

such as tapering machines – APT

series for pipes and bars or AP series

for wires, manual or automatic spindle

unlocking systems and a compact kit

for hydraulic drawing named KTF10,

an extremely compact device for the

production of half-processed pipes or

rods ready to be finished. All Violi

machines comply with the applicable

international standards.

Apparatebau

has

introduced

a

remote-control

functionality as a standard feature of

the CS/WP series printers.

The new Command Control System

(CCS) is a web-based supervision and

configuration platform that controls

printers remotely from any PC, tablet

or smartphone in any location and

without the need for a complicated PC

installation process.

The new software enables users to

control and monitor one or up to 100

printers and to obtain real-time

production information. As printer

warning and alarm messages can be

seen across the entire printer network

simultaneously, users can reduce

costly errors and downtime.

The system can also be used for quick

and error-free adjustment of printer

settings during product changeovers.

Printers located in hard-to-access

areas on the production line are easier

to monitor and control.

The CCS is now a standard feature of

all CS/WP series printers; machines

which have already been installed with

this function can be updated with the

latest software.
