microscopic disease within the thorax, which would
include the bronchial stamp, ipsilateral hilum, entire
mediastinum and perhaps the supraclavicular fossa.

Mortality is strongly dependent on

which may be partly offsett the overall survival
benefit afforded by PORT
Should be adapted to the pattern of failure
