Take home messages
1. FDG-PET is value-added to define the GTV-T.
2. Contrast-enhanced CT is sufficient to define the GTV-N.
3. CTV-T margins are ≤10 mm.
4. The CTV-N margins are 10 mm for IMRT and 13-15 mm for 3D-CRT.
5. The GTV/CTV after induction chemotherapy are based on pretreatment
